To initiate our services, we begin with a discovery call to assess your business requirements and the condition of your financial records. Following this, we create a tailored proposal for monthly services, which may include cleanup if needed. If the proposal aligns with your needs, we proceed with an engagement letter and begin the onboarding process. Onboarding encompasses configuring access to your QuickBooks Online file, integrating any third-party bookkeeping tools (such as Square, PayPal, job costing software, etc.), and collecting all necessary documents to initiate work.
